Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising the work of the clerical staff. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met, preparation and processing of correspondence (including confidential material), ensuring all CHP 71 - Attendance Report totals are correctly posted for submission to Human Resources Section, performing daily timekeeping duties for all Public Safety Dispatch Supervisors I and II, preparation of annual and/or probationary performance evaluations of subordinate personnel, screening incoming mail, maintaining a suspense file system and processing of officers court appearance subpoenas and CHP 90 forms. Also responsible for performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Located in the northern most portion of Los Angeles, between the cities of Glendale and Pasadena.
