Support the coordination and planning of recruitment events at Liberty University. Act as a support role to sub-events that take place during each recruitment event (College For A Weekend (CFAW), ExperienceLU, and other On-Campus Recruitment Events. Assist with multiple projects and tasks involved in the production of recruitment events: email communication, inventory management, Christian/Community (CSER) supervising and scheduling support, special projects, pre-event preparation/logistics, and support day of event execution and operations. Support in auditing websites. Support CSER training and audit volunteer hours. Provide support to the Event Coordinator team. Assist with other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Professionally represent Liberty University's student body.

2. Be a positive first impression, or "handshake" of the university.

3. Assist the team in executing events on campus.

4. As requested, initiate contact with various auxiliary support offices for event related planning needs.

5. Organizing and participating in events for prospective students scheduled for days, evenings and weekends, such as: College For A Weekend, DecideLU, and ExperienceLU to name a few.

6. Assist the Event Coordinators in executing tasks provided to them by the Director of On Campus Recruitment Events and event coordinators.

7. Participate in training as needed.

8. Complete projects and other tasks as assigned related to events and support of events.

Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies

1. Must be an actively enrolled undergraduate or graduate Liberty student in the residential program and successfully completed one semester.

2. Age requirement: 21 years of age or older to drive university vehicles.

3. Positive driving record with current DMV report with the ability to pass required driving test.

4. Applicant must be familiar with academic programs and campus life.

5. Current cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook).

8. Good organizational and listening skills.

9. Outgoing Christ-like personality.

10. Available to work weekends in the Visitors Center and around campus as needed.

11. Availability to work during on-campus events hosted by On-Campus Recruitment Events.

12. Commitment to work at least two academic semesters.
