Your Role

Your role as the Oncology Territory Manager involves promoting Bavencio and its approved indications, as well as managing the launch of future Bavencio indications and other potential products from the EMD Serono pipeline. Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Customer Engagement & Sales Strategy: Implement innovative strategies to drive revenue and engage with customers effectively. Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives by understanding customer needs and fostering professional relationships.
  • KOL Development & Market Expertise: Build alliances with key healthcare professionals and develop local/national KOLs. Maintain deep market, customer, product, and competitive insights.
  • Compliance & Ethical Standards: Adhere to all company policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry and government laws regarding ethical standards.
  • Resource Optimization: Manage territory budget effectively and optimize resource use.
  • Training & Development: Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and market analysis capabilities.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work collaboratively with EMD Serono field and headquarters colleagues, maintaining frequent communication and tactical coordination.

  • This is a field sales role covering NYC Metro, Westchester, NY and the Bronx.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
    • B.S., B.A. Degree.
    • 5+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with demonstrated successful results.

Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in Oncology Sales and specialty biologics markets.
    • Advanced degree.
    • Additional language skills.
    • In-depth understanding of the oncology landscape and market dynamics.
    • Experience managing a co-promote partnership/alliance.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
    • Located within the territory boundaries.
