Job Summary: The OnePlan Project Portfolio Management Integration Developer / Technical Admin will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between OnePlan and other enterprise systems. This role requires a deep understanding of project portfolio management (PPM) processes, technical expertise in integration development, and strong administrative skills to manage and optimize the OnePlan environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement integrations between OnePlan and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
  • Utilize APIs, web services, and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.

• Technical Administration:
  • Manage and maintain the OnePlan environment, including user access, security settings, and system configurations.
  • Perform regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.

• Project Management:
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and system configurations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of PPM initiatives and projects.

• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPM and integration technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in integration development and technical administration, preferably with OnePlan or similar PPM tools.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based PPM solutions.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
