Onsite $17-$18 Temp to Perm Bilingual Call Center Rep (Spanish & English speaking)

We are looking for several representatives for our client in Plantation, FL. This call center position requires you to have great customer service and empathy.

Title: Temp Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite (Plantation, FL)
Pay: $17 an hour ($18 if you speak fluent Spanish & English)
Start date: October or November
Hours: Must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift between 7am-11pm

Job Responsibilities:

Inbound calls
Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Requirements:

1 year of customer service experience with the same company
High School diploma
Detail oriented
