Position: Onsite Human Resources/Payroll Socialist

Pay: $20-$24/hr. D.O.E.

Location: Fully onsite in Lincoln, IL 62656

Scheduled: Full Time Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm **Wednesdays will be a late day so you must be flexible to work till 7pm due to payroll completion**

Job Description
  • Candidates will be responsible for union dues / documentation, file and conduct detail record management
  • Responsible for the administrative coordination and support of the Human Resources department and assisting in the development, implementation and administration of corporate human resources policies, programs and procedures.
  • Responsible for administering multiple areas of human resources and rewards programs including.
  • Must be able to conduct new hire orientations/ on boarding activities / monitoring progress of new hires.
  • Must be able to work with the Talent Acquisition Teams and handle payroll questions
  • HR employment issues related to contracts, retirement, etc.
  • Personnel records maintenance pertaining to benefits, compensation, leave of absence, retirement, etc.
  • Statistical reporting to internal management and external agencies Compensation & benefits program implementation and administration.
  • May help select external HR vendors.
  • 1 plus years of recent Human Resource And Payroll experience
  • Strong verbal, email and other written communication.
  • Ability to work onsite.
  • Aptitude in critical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and MS Excel.
