The Onsite Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of the large accounts program by creating positive relationships with the team, the client, and temporary employees in a manufacturing setting.

A successful on-site coordinator will ensure that the client's staffing needs are met by organizing assignments, engaging with and maintaining a safe work environment through training and awareness for our temporary associates, and ensuring that the client's staffing needs are met.

Additional responsibilities for the Onsite Coordinator include
  1. Maintaining quality and continuous improvement
  2. Responding to and reporting injuries
  3. Track and ensure employees utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), replace as needed
  4. Support weekly payroll processes through timecard tracking and approval, noting when hours are missing.
  5. Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the staffing team and client
  6. Willing to take control of challenging situations and provide solutions quickly


QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 2+ years in warehouse, production, or food industry experience with 1+ years of line or production lead experience
  2. Bilingual (English/Portuguese) required
  3. Computer literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  4. Flexible schedule and able to work overtime and weekends
  5. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is preferred
  6. School diploma or GED required
