Location: Knoxville, TN. 37923-ONSITE

Schedule: 8am-5pm | Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with a CRM-based software to update payment status
• Escalate issues to team leads as soon as they are realized Make payments via web portal
• Make payments via automated payment processing phone system
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward potential customers at all times.
• Reach out to potential customers through various channels.
• Knowledgeable in our products and services.
• Ensure daily performance goals are met.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the outbound sales process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Required skills:

Pleasant, calm demeanor on the phones

Ability to speak confidently

Excellent command of the spoken English language
