Insight Global is looking for an onsite IT Support Engineer to join the IT organization at a local life sciences client. This candidate will be aligned to support the lab sites across Cambridge. They will be providing end user support, laptop configuration and documenting different processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a life sciences background and is able to come onsite 5 days a week.

- Mac and Windows experience
- O365 experience
