Indotronix is seeking a Onsite Job - Electro Mechanical Assembler for a Job Opportunity in
Job Title: Onsite Job - Electro Mechanical Assembler
Location: Phoenix AZ 85034
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Max Pay: $21/hr to $24/hr on W2
Job Description :
• End item unit preparation prior to Outline (Final) inspection.
• This includes a variety of processes including:
cleaning connectors, installing safety wire per specifications, touch up paint, and hardware installations.
• Measure, mix and apply a variety of chemicals and adhesives
• Utilize a variety of hand tools (manual and power)
• Use machines to mix paint and laser marking equipment to mark name plates.
• Operate assembly machines.
• Assemble a variety of electronic units using proper assembly techniques.
• Perform and train on measurements and using measuring instruments.
• Read and interpret basic assembly instructions, process instructions and engineering standards.
• Utilize computer systems (e.g. work instructions, labor charging, and standards)
• Process material requisitions in accordance with established procedures
• Generate Non-Conforming Material (NCM) reject tags (SAP) with full proficiency.
• Assist in responding to corrective actions.
• Check and verify requirements per work instructions.
• Perform material handling tasks.
• Recognize and take steps to resolve assembly/work area issues
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed (e.g. labor charging, verification, assembly data)
