Job Title: Onsite job - Project Manager
Location: Palm Beach Gardens FL
Duration: 9 Months Contract
Max Pay: $50/hr to $53.39/hr on W2

Position comments:

• Preferred location Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
• Some Travel Required

Job Description :

• Drives project management for technical and process improvement projects.
• Responsibilities include developing productivity tools, managing documentation, tracking schedules.
• The Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS)
• Assistant's assignments will be project-based where you will gain meaningful experience related to global security services, mass notification systems, team communications, marketing, and continuous improvement.
• The EHSS Assistant will gain hands-on experience in performing program development across multiple offices, implementation, messaging & training of mass notifications system along with interactions with the corporate security platform transformation teams.

Responsibilities May Include:
• Assist Process Owners with mass notification system site implementation
• Assist Site EHS/Site Security Teams/System Administrators with a working operational knowledge of our mass notification system
• Assist with various site levels of implementation and system onboarding
• Assist in creating corporate notification templates
• Assist in maintaining mass notification updates, enrollee, managers trouble shooting
• Assist in arranging zoom training sessions with assistance from the manufacture
• Comfortable with interacting with senior-level security managers
• Highly organized able to work independently
• Other projects and tasks as assigned

Required Skill Set :

US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• 1-3 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in Zoom meetings
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Education Qualification :
Education typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor)
