Are you an experienced onsite support technician? Our client has a full-time opportunity, with great potential for permanent hire.

Onsite Support Technician Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT onsite support and also support remote facilities in the computer, network, and communication area in a timely manner.
  • Configure and install PCs and other IT devices, as needed.
  • Work with internal team, outside contractor(s) and other external sources for quotes to fulfill demands and requests.
  • Provide support for mobile devices, RingCentral, and other phone systems.
  • Diagnose and repair computer and network system related problems.
  • Determine hardware, software, or network related issues.
  • Work with the Service Desk, maintenance shops, process automation, and other teams to resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for infrastructure off hour coverage.
  • Update and complete service requests in tracking system for all queues assigned.


Onsite Support Technician Required Skills/ Experience:

  • Associate degree or above in Computer Science, Technical, or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience in IT
  • Two (2) years of Information Technology coursework; networking; hardware; and software technology; or equivalent experience and certifications.
  • Two (2) years or more related IT or Help Desk experience is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with various mobile device OS systems (i.e. Android, iOS products such as iPhones, iPads, etc.).
  • Basic PC troubleshooting knowledge and familiarity with local networking.
  • Experience working with Active Directory.
  • Very strong knowledge of video conferencing concepts, MS Windows, PC Hardware, VOIP, and other technology.
