The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Medicine, Department of Surgery, Division of Vascular & Endovascular Surgery is accepting application for an Assistant/ Associate Professor, Vascular Surgeon (Academic) (2 Positions Available). Our practice includes an accredited Vascular Surgery Fellowship and Residency Programs.

Primary clinical responsibilities include care of the vascular patient over the entire spectrum of vascular condition including complex open and endovascular surgery, and management of penetrating and blunt vascular trauma.

May supervise medical students, residents, and fellows.

In addition to outstanding clinical care, the successful candidate will participate in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows. Research support may be available based on candidate experience and area of investigation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be Board-eligible/Board Certified in Vascular Surgery and eligible for academic appointments at the University of Tennessee.

• Committed to providing quality clinical care, student/resident teaching, and research.

• Additional Board eligibility and/or certification in Minimally Invasive Surgery is desirable.
