Description
LB&B Associates Inc., a diversified services company, is seeking Operating Engineers in the Iowa City area.

Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience and ability to operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and troubleshoot related HVAC and power plant equipment during operations as well as all support equipment. Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, VAV components, and various HVAC equipment and building systems.

Qualified candidates must possess and maintain the following:

• A minimum of 5 years of central plant operation / maintenance experience
• EPA Universal Refrigeration certification
• A NIULPE Power Engineers license (1st, 2nd, 3rd or Refrigeration Operator License) or related state or local stationary engineer or refrigeration operator license highly preferred.

Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent required.
