Operating Room Attendant - Surgery Dept, Fulltime, 6am-2:30pm - Marina del Rey Hospital

In this role you'll be doing:

Assists with equipment set up in OR, transporting patients, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the directions and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.

• Maintains cleanliness of areas, supplies and equipment. (Including floors)
• Assists with equipment set up in OR
• Transporting patients

Shift: Mon-Fri from 6am-2:30pm with call requirement

Education:

• Successful completion of a certified nursing assistant program (preferred).

License/Certification:

• Current BCLS certification from AHA or ARC (required)

Experience:

• Six (6) months to one year of related work experience (preferred).

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English (required).
• Basic computer knowledge (preferred).
