Shrewsbury Surgery Center has an need for a full time Operating Room RN!
We provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one assets. We focus on offering a high quality, ambulatory care alternative to a hospital for surgical procedures. We have been in operation at this location since 1985 and perform over 6,000 surgeries per year. Specialty areas include ENT, GI Lab, General Surgery, GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Oral Surgery and Urology.
Job Summary: The Operating Room RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.

Required Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Currently licensed in the state of New Jersey.
- Current BLS, ACLS and PALS
- 2 years of OR Circulating experience. Must have experience working in Ortho surgeries.
