Job Description

SCOPE OF POSITION
Under the direction of department leadership, this position is responsible for collecting and organizing data in a meaningful way to allow leadership to make data driven decisions. This role will support OE Engineer/Sensei, Market Leaders and Specialists to drive strategic initiatives. An understanding of Smartsheet, Tableau and Power Bi is highly beneficial with a desired interest to learn in this area. In addition to data collection and analysis, this role will be responsible for facilitation of projects for internal customers with the goal of influencing, motivating and training others to use techniques and tools such as Standard Work, root cause analysis, 6S and visual management. The person filling this role must be proficient in time management in supporting multiple projects successfully.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Science degree or related discipline required. Experience working in a world class continuous improvement environment and or 3-5 years in a growing leadership role preferred. Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus.
