The team
The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Practitioner will work from the ServiceNow Program Management Office (PMO) supporting mission applications, development teams, and enterprise business units across an agency.

The work you'll do:
Practitioner will work from the ServiceNow Program Management Office (PMO) supporting mission applications, development teams, and enterprise business units across an agency.
- Serve as the front line of defense for mission customers and agency users. This person will manage relationships with various stakeholders across the agency to prioritize and fulfill requirements.
- This team member is the "glue" for all things operations - develops metrics and dashboards
- Provides customer management, requirements, and process improvements
- Teach and coach team members
- Engage directly and works closely with clients and stakeholders, owning relationships, delegating, triaging, and prioritizing
- Work directly with Scrum Master and Product Owner to prioritize tasks and projects
- Work directly with the cloud engineers and developers to triage and conduct technical review meetings for customer requirements
- Coordinate with the vendor, other agencies, and other providers on product changes, demos, marketing sessions, and other meetings
- Support and manage the intake of ServiceNow requirements that the PMO received on a daily basis
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of Project Management or Scrum Master experience within government consulting
- 1+ year experience working within the backend, implementation and/or administration of ServiceNow.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this role
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA
- ServiceNow experience
- Agile Certification
- PMP
