Role reports to: North America Leader for Operations and Project Management

Location: Skillman, NJ

Travel %: 10 %

Pay: $ 73,000 - 117,300

What you will do

The Operations and Project Management Associate is responsible for supporting the Operations team within the North America Consumer Care Center. The role will support the day-to-day operations of the contact center, as well as gather insights from consumers and communicate them to our brand partners. This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks assigned to the Operations & Project Management team, as well as supporting projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and driving value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact Center Support

Coordinate communication strategies with contact center (CC) partner. Research and act on time-sensitive and unique consumer contacts. Manage calibration of consumer experience with CC partner and perform periodic quality tests. Serve as point of contact between contact center and internal Kenvue partners.

• Financial Support

Manage administration of consumer payment accounts. Coordinate escheatment process and act as liaison with accounting and finance teams. Review payment requests for accuracy and validity.

• Process Documentation

Develops and reviews operational Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and provides guidance to others managing these documents. Ensures company and service provider SOPs are reviewed regularly, updated, and remain in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Privacy Liaison

Act as liaisonwith Corporate Privacy team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide oversight and guidance for Privacy support team at contact center.

• Reporting and Administration

Manages various reporting needs for the department. Manages access requests for tools and servers within the department's scope. Supports the team through preparation and participation in audits and inspections. Provides other backup coverage and team support as assigned.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience is required

• Minimum of 4+ years professional work experience

• Experience in contact center or customer service setting

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated environment such as healthcare

• Experience writing and/or maintaining standard operating procedures

• Experience with project management and/or vendor management preferred

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $117,300. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
