Job Description

The Operations Associate is responsible for opening of mail, preparation, processing and balancing of all image lockbox items presented for payment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Opening and processing of all payments received by mail in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Preparing and sorting of payments received for balancing/extraction accurately, meeting the desired deadlines.
  • Scanning, keying, and balancing of payments received in an accurate and timely manner, meeting the desired deadlines.
  • Maintenance of equipment daily and resolution of problems as they occur.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Essential Functions:
  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
  • Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
  • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
  • Ability to work the off normal hours schedule as position requires
