Operations-Service Manager

TP Pump is looking for a Operations - Service Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, NM!

As a Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the daily operations of the Operations and Service team to ensure business functions run efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Review, follow up and assist with resolution of customer orders and disputes.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
• Assist with shipping/receiving duties which includes reporting out on metrics as it relates to freight.
• Responsible for monitoring inventory management, including warehousing, non-stock, inventory, orders, credits, rebates, etc... and reporting out on monthly metrics.
• Responsible for communications during the service repair with customers (progress of job, additional repairs, follow up on jobs).
• Assist with scheduling of service jobs.
• Manage, mentor and develop the Operations and Service teams to build capability.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs and develop professional growth plans.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage operational budget and ensure cost-effective resource allocations.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage expenses to drive profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Distribution experience preferred.
• CSD or any Cloud Base Industrial Platform highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Sellits is a plus.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's in business or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years managing service and operations with profit & loss responsibility.
• 5+ years experience working in distribution operations.
• Developing and upgrading talent; driving pay for performance and efficiency mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
