Operator, Security Operations Center (Night Shift)

As a SOC Operator, you can expect to play a crucial role insupporting the business. Your responsibilities will include monitoring,tracking, and coordinating response to incidents in a fast-paced, agileenvironment. You will work with various security tools andtechnologies and will assist with requests via phone, email, and/orradio. Collaboration with other teams is essential for effective incidentresolution. Operators will troubleshoot, assess, and triage securityrelated issues as required. Expect to stay updated on the latest securitytrends to continuously support the organization. Strong analytical skills,attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributesfor success in this role. Additionally, being adaptable and able toprioritize tasks efficiently will help manage the dynamic nature of securityincidents. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with security teams and other partners duringemergency and routine events, including other general customer service-relatedcalls
• Conduct investigative video reviews and report findings
• Dispatch security, fire, EMS, or other response personnel asrequired
• Provide exceptional customer service while supportingexternal partners with requests via email and/or phone
• Assist in conducting investigations and update requestors ina timely manner. Assist during afterhours with routine badging requests
• Monitor fire alarm systems, investigate and document as theycome in to the internal fire team
• Properly document all reported incidents, notifyingappropriate parties for information, escalation, or other business requiredactions

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in dispatch, call center, or a securityoperations center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish. Fluency in other languages is a plus
• Familiarity as an end user with technical security systems;video review, access control, alarms, as well as advanced computer proficiency
• Ability to remain calm, appropriately triage/multi-task, andhandle high stress situations in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends
• Problem-solving analytical mindset

Expected Compensation

$17.60 - $45.54/hour, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
