Responsibilities
- Facilitate classes scheduled in the computer labs
- Assist users (CEHHS faculty, staff, and students
- Checkout/in equipment
- Maintain reservations for labs, conference rooms, and study areas
- Facilitate events in the labs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to four years. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate)
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Canvas
- Basic computer troubleshooting and videoconferencing experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
