Role: Oracle Cloud Financial Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Oracle Cloud Financial Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud FIN - Collections Oracle Cloud FIN - Receivables OC FIN - General Ledger and Oracle Financials Cloud. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Sourcing is a plus. This role involves designing and implementing financial solutions that align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financial solutions to meet business requirements.

• Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle Cloud FIN.

• Collections Receivables and General Ledger modules.

• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Financials Cloud to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations.

• Facilitate user training sessions to enhance system adoption and proficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

• Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Financials Cloud with other enterprise systems.

• Participate in project planning and provide accurate time and resource estimates.

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Financials features and best practices.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Possess a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud FIN.

• Collections Receivables and General Ledger.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Financials Cloud with a focus on financial modules.

• Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

• Show experience in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Sourcing is a plus.

• Display the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field.

• Have a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Financials Cloud Certification Oracle Cloud FIN - Collections Certification.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 09/26/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $138,500/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
