A client is in the Melbourne, Florida area is looking for an Oracle DBA. In this role you will be performing basic DBA needs and be responsible for the administration, implementation, patching, and OS patching support within Oracle RAC. You will be working in a cluster and non-cluster Oracle environment. You will also be responsible for working with the system admin, software, and security teams to ensure the maintenance and functionality of the data base. This role requires you to obtain a Public Trust and is fully onsite.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA, with 4 years leading or managing a team

Proficiency in Oracle RAC

Experience administrating, implementing, patching, and OS patching support

HA and DR Oracle experience

OEM experience

Ability to work on call once or twice a month

Ability to obtain a Public Trust
