Job description

Infosys is seeking an Oracle EBS SCM Sr Consultant with implementation, upgrade and functional testing experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on Oracle Application from customer's requirements. Responsibilities shall include interfacing with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Understand requirements, create & review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning and test plan reviews. Lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Understanding of project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies and knowledge of quality processes. Strong understanding of QA Principles, QA Process, Use Cases and SDLC.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
• Candidate must be located in within Commuting distance of San Jose CA. or be willing to relocate to the area.
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time
• Experience with functional consulting and validation
• Strong knowledge in Order to Cash / Procure to Pay processes of manufacturing companies.
• Has worked on multiple Oracle implementation programs
• Extensive experience with Integration testing of Inbound and Outbound interfaces using various technologies like XML, EDI, etc
• Experience in RICEW design processes of manufacturing companies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Customer Master - Trading Community Architecture (TCA)
• Experience in Manual & Automated Testing
• Extensive experience with testing Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business flows
• Languages - VB Script, Core Java
• GUI/Tools - SQL*Loader, SQL*Plus, SQL Developer, Toad, Selenium Toolkit, OATS
• Exposure to testing of Pega applications will be an added advantage
