United Surgical Partners International, Inc. USPI is currently seeking an Oracle Financial Reporting Manager to work in the corporate office located in Dallas, Texas. This position reports to the Director of Financial Reporting Systems. The position offers a hybrid working schedule outside of month-end and quarter close after initial onboarding and training.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Oracle Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for providing primary support to the operations finance executives of the company and backup support to the corporate accounting team. In doing so, the successful candidate must be highly responsive to requests from our CFOs, controllers and senior accounting and finance executives. Attributes of the successful candidate include:

  • Configuring or updating the Oracle FSG reports for the new acquisitions.
  • Creating or updating the Mass Allocation formulas.
  • Creating or updating the Cross Validation rules.
  • Maintaining the Oracle Chart of Accounts.
  • Provide responses to external Auditors questions.

EXPERIENCE
  • Oracle GL and (FSG) Financial Reporting is required (R12 experience preferred).
  • ALL aspects of Oracle Financial Reports (row sets, column sets, content sets, reports, and report sets).
  • Maintaining Mass Allocations.
  • Maintaining Cross Validation Rules.
  • Maintaining Charts of Accounts.
  • Maintaining Budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar required. MBA preferred.
  • CPA, or CPA candidate preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
  • Knowledgeable about Oracle applications functionality (R12 preferred): tools, templates and methods.
  • Able to maintain GL and financial reporting to meet the desired business process and requirements.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse business operations with both technical and non-technical resources.
  • The candidate must have strong communication skills (oral and written) and relationship building skills.
