Oracle Fusion Financials Specialist

Job Description:

• Demonstrated expertise in understanding and implementing business processes within Oracle Cloud Financials Modules through a minimum of three end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP support, implementation, and upgrade experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud, encompassing GL, AP, FA, FAH, Intercompany, Expenses Management, RMCS.
• Experience and Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Project accounting is required
• Proficiency across all project phases, adept at data conversion strategies, and skilled in supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, Payables, Receivables, Purchasing, Procurement, Expenses, Asset, Collections, and Cash Management.
• Proven track record in supporting complex accounting functions within Oracle ERP.
• Extensive experience contributing to medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution implementations.
• Interact with on-site/client's teams for gathering design requirements and deliverables
• Strong written and Communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Exhibit proficiency in managing multiple technical work streams within a dynamic global environment.
• Apply expertise in Self-Service Procurement and Purchasing modules.
• Collaborate with Oracle support by initiating SRs and implementing innovative solutions.
• Engage with clients to elicit comprehensive business requirements and translate them into software solutions. Develop specifications and data models for meticulous product development and testing. Leverage development specifications to craft detailed test cases and conduct thorough result analysis.
• Evaluate available solutions critically and provide well-informed recommendations to the consulting team.
• Actively contribute to the support and development of enterprise solutions.
• Provide adept support, direction, and configuration of Oracle Fusion software solutions to meet precise client requirements.
• Develop test scripts and comprehensive training documentation.
• Ensure transparency by consistently updating the project manager and project team on individual deliverables.
• Autonomously manage our track/workstream, fostering client interaction, and conducting requirements and training sessions with precision.
• Execute comprehensive configuration of the Oracle Cloud modules within your assigned application track/workstream.

Education:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a bachelor's degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
