Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Security Administrator
Location: Vienna, VA - HYBRID
Duration: Initial 6 month duration with potential extensions
Compensation: $75.00/hour - $95.00/hour

Skillset / Experience:
Oracle HCM Cloud Security Administrator is a technical role that provides technical expertise in Oracle Fusion security administration and is an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud role-based security model. This resource will be a technical expert to the business and information security team on HCM security governance, user administration, role-based security, HCM data restriction, and documentation.

Responsibilities/Experience/Qualifications
  • Minimal 5 years experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
  • To participate in Oracle HCM Cloud-related projects, production support, and testing efforts to ensure solutions meet user requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with client's ETS and information security standards and best practices.
  • Experience in Oracle quarterly HCM upgrades/enhancements/improvements delivered by Oracle.
  • Experience in supporting Oracle HCM Cloud security administration.
  • Experience in understanding and custom development of different types of roles on the security console.
  • Experience in developing auto-provisioning rules and automation of managing users.
  • Experience Security governance and industry best practices.
  • Experience in developing security roles for reports and restrictions based on folders.
  • Experience in using HDL/SHDL to manage mass users and user provisioning.
  • Experience in troubleshooting user's HCM security issues.
  • Experience in creating security profiles to restrict data access.
  • Experience creating data roles and assigning security profiles.
  • Experience in creating implementation users/Service IDs.
  • Experience in the creation of elevated user access and monitoring.
  • Experience in HR Risk management and Advance Control module.
  • Experience in the implementation of segregation of duties (SOD) Controls and monitoring of user security and activity.
  • Experience in the implementation of automated HCM configuration monitoring and HCM transaction monitoring.
  • Experience managing internal and external audits and documentation.
  • Experience in IDCS console and security administration.
  • Experience FAW (Fusion analytics warehouse) Security and Security role design.
  • Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules (HR-core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management and Performance Management).
  • Proven experience gathering and analyzing data and creating functional documentation. Including business process flows, requirements documents, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Experience security role testing and documenting results.
  • Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support.
  • Experience with Agile software development practices, including SAFe, Scrum, Azure DevOps, Peer Review, GitHub, and CI/CD.
  • Knowledge BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI report development, Interface development and troubleshooting, and Workflow.
  • Understanding leveraging Oracle SHDL and HDL capabilities to import data into Oracle Fusion Cloud via OIC.
  • Willing to learn a range of business or technical specialties based on business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Visio

Desired Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or any other field related to it.
  • Knowledge of banking/financial industry trends, products, and services (desired).
  • Technical certifications for Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Cyber Security (desired).
