Role: Oracle Project Costing\A2R Functional Consultant

Location: Remote with Milestone Travel (Must reside in the United States)

Relevant Experience: 5 Years

Job Summary:

Cognizant is looking for an Oracle Project Costing/A2R (Asset to Retirement) Functional Consultant with some experience with Finance modules. Candidate should have support experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including AP, AR, GL, FA, Projects. This role involves resolving issues and working closely with guiding users on best practices.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Providing expert-level support for Oracle Financials and Projects Costing, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. OTL modules experience is good to have.

• Collaborating with business users to gather, analyze requirements, and recommend solutions to meet their project costing and time tracking needs.

• Configuring and customizing Oracle Projects Costing and OTL modules to align with business processes and requirements.

• Conducting user training and creating documentation to support the use of Oracle Projects Costing and OTL modules.

• Participating in system testing, validation, and implementation of Oracle Projects Costing and OTL module enhancements and upgrades.

• Keeping abreast of Oracle EBS updates, new features related to project costing, time tracking, and advising on their implementation.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Projects Costing, OTL with other EBS modules, and third-party systems.

• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
