About This Position

Monday - Friday

7am - 3:30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Order Auditor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately and efficiently audit orders using a verification system to ensure orders are 100% accurate for shipping. The Warehouse Order Auditor plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring seamless operations.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Goods Scanning: Utilize barcode scanners and other equipment to accurately audit and record incoming and outgoing goods.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy of scanned data and report any discrepancies or errors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and logistics team members to coordinate the efficient movement of goods and resolve any issues related to auditing discrepancies.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that scanning equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or issues for prompt resolution.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing scanning tasks to create a secure and accident-free work environment.
• Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate records of audited transactions, ensuring proper documentation for tracking and auditing purposes.
• Team Work - Assist in other departments as needed.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and lifting.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
