We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Process Representative II. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently when needed but primarily in a collaborative space.

This role joins our ProTax Group Sales Business Operations Team who support our teams by ensuring orders and processes flow correctly for the best customer experience. We also work across several teams including Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Sales Order Management
• Process Improvement
• Compliance workflows for payment programs, agreements, and EFINs for customers
• Assist sales consultants with order errors and questions
• Assist in data cleanup projects
• Process employee purchase orders
• Communicate with customers to assist with questions
