Organizational Development Consultant

This hands-on role is best suited to a seasoned OD professional with deep expertise and wisdom, and a curious beginners mindset. Effective interpersonal savvy and the ability to make and grow meaningful connections with employees is critical. Strong ownership to the commitments made is required. Ability to understand big pictures, interdependencies, and how to connect the dots moving beyond the obvious.

Required Skills & Experience
- Leadership Coaching with ICF (International Coaching Federation) at either a PCC level or MCC level
- Proven experience designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating
- Instructional Design background or knowledge with the following tools: Captivate, Articulate 360, Storyline, RISE
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with multi-radar assessments OR 360 assessments
