Position Summary
This position will help Hall of Fame Production create original video content - or repurpose existing content - for the Pro Football Hall of Fame that can be used in exhibits inside the Museum, at various Hall-related events and presentations, and on the Hall's social media platforms to promote the organization's Mission and Vision.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create, curate and develop original content for Pro Football Hall of Fame.
• Create stories in various styles ensuring that content is engaging, relevant and aligns with the mission of Pro Football Hall of Fame.
• Collaborate with the social media and creative teams on ideas, strategies and results.
• Assist the Content Team with creating compelling story ideas and execution through video shoots, still photography and editing.
• Track and analyze the performance of content to make improvements and optimize results.
• Utilize production hardware and software such as cinematic-style cameras, camcorders, audio recorders and transmitters, and more.
• Assist in developing team content calendar for the week/month/year ensuring that established deadlines are being met.
• Ensure compliance with copyright laws.

Are you up for the challenge? Here are preferred qualifications we are searching for

• Bachelor's degree required with concentration in video production, or a related field is required.
• Experience working with following hardware and software preferred: Cinematic-style cameras such as Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 6K Pro; Camcorders, including or similar to Sony Z90; Audio recorders, including Zoom recorders; Audio transmitters/receivers, including Rode Wireless Go; Apple Macintosh and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• High energy and creativity with exceptional English writing abilities.
• Experience using gimbal, interview lighting, interview audio recording, and cleaning and maintaining video and audio equipment preferred.
• Understanding of the game of professional football and its history preferred.
