Orthodontist needed in Indiana (ASAP Start)
  • ASAP - Ongoing
  • Full-time, 2 days in Elkhart and 1 day in Highland, M-F 8a-5p, Sat 9a-2p
  • 2-3 Dentists in office
  • 2-3 Hygienists, 1 assistant per hygienist
  • Office Manager and Front end staff in office
  • 6-8 operatories, specialists on site (Orthodontist, Oral Surgeon, and Pediatric Dentist)
  • Candidate required to use Nitrous but not sedation
  • Each day 10-14 operative patients, additional 20 PPD for exams
  • EMR system easy to use and training provided on first day for all locums
  • Pediatric experience
