Description
Responsible for direct, individualized, goal-directed, and effective patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Care is provided as outlined in the Nursing Care Plan in accordance with Standards of Practice and Baptist Health policies and procedures; including administration of medications and reporting of patient symptoms and conditions to the Registered Nurse. This position is also responsible for the provision of quality patient care within the framework of the mission, vision, and values of Baptist Health.
Qualifications
Education / Experience: Completion of an accredited LPN course.
License / Certification: Valid Alabama LPN licensure. BLS required. Additional specialty certification per policy and procedures for assigned unitDescription
