seeking OSS/BSS Telecom BA/Scrum Master - In this role you will be responsible for maximizing the value for a product, who will engage with Business and POs to define and execute roadmap, prioritize stories in the product backlog and drive delivery end to end with application development teams.

Possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain. With some guidance, gets clear understanding of the vision and roadmap for product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems. Learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and / or travel to project locations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

• Experience in OSS BSS systems is a must

Preferred Qualifications

Must Have:

• Excellent understanding of OSS/BSS systems and Telecom Process flows

• Experience driving end to end delivery for Technical Requirements across at least one of FAB areas - Fulfilment, Assurance and Billing

• Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Gap identification and documentation

• Agile Methodology/Scrum Team experience, working with cross functional teams

• Digital Product Management Experience in Communications domain

• Familiarity with various types of technical interfaces, functional and non-functional requirements

• Ability to facilitate debugging of technical issues across applications

• Critical Thinking, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills

• Quick learner and ability to communicate effectively to understand the space

• Network builder & Stakeholder management

• Strong communicator/negotiator

• Track initiatives from beginning to end and ensure timely deliver and leadership updates

• Experience in Wireless domain is must

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Digital channel and Customer Experience

• Good understanding of eTOM framework and TMF standards

• Understanding of Web Development

• Risk/Mitigation Management
