We are seeking an NP or PA with an interest in osteoporosis and post-fracture care to join our team at our academic campus, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
• National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only)
• Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH
• Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
• BLS certification
