Outreach Coordinator - School Based Services

SCHEDULE:

Type: On-site (remote work unavailable)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM ET Monday To Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Machester, NH

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
  • Assist the School Based Services Department with any/all administrative duties as tasked
  • Maintain contact with staff and provide support/assistance as needed when needed
  • Performs localized research to locate potential referral partners and outreach targets
  • Creates email templates and phone scripts to support mass outreach efforts
  • Sends emails, makes cold calls, and tries to get meetings with key stakeholders
  • Works with marketing to generate brochures, flyers, and other materials to support outreach
  • Speaks with key partners to build referral partnerships and track new patients received through outreach work
  • Maintains referral and local partnerships in the long term by communicating, sending thank you items, etc.
  • Responsibilities are subject to change as the position evolves

• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and work with remote and in person team members efficiently

• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills and work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and groups

• Ability to navigate high stress conversations with tact / mitigate complaints / escalate to supervisor as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years working in an office-based setting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and related computer software

• Ability to communicate effectively
