Outside Sales Coordinator

Overview

Responsible for managing the Sales Coordinators and serving as a teacher and sales leader. Must have the ability to effectively and fairly communicate on a daily basis with all associates ensuring that standards are kept and goals are attained. Responsible, under the direction of the Store Manager for ensuring profitability of the location including sales and margin.

Hourly Rate:

$18.00/Hr with Monthly Bonuses based on your sales

Ensure department sales goals are met on a daily/monthly/annual basis

Train new sales representatives

Continuous coaching and training of current sales representatives

Build and maintain customer relationships

Responds to common inquiries or complaints from customers

Be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds
