Checking Guests In and Out: The Overnight Hotel Manager is responsible for efficiently checking guests in and out, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process.
Guest Inquiries and Complaints: They promptly respond to guest inquiries and address any complaints or concerns that arise during the night.
Managing Reservations and Room Assignments: The manager coordinates room assignments based on reservations and guest preferences.
Coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff: They work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
Safety and Security: The Overnight Hotel Manager ensures the safety and security of both guests and the hotel property.
Staff Management: The Overnight Hotel Manager will oversee the front desk personnel, security and overnight cleaning team.
Emergency Response: In case of emergencies, the manager responds promptly and provides necessary assistance.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is essential, preferably in a Front Office role.
• Strong customer service skills, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and flexibility are crucial for this role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
