Position Summary

The individual in this role will plan, organize, and direct the operations of PROENERGY Packaging Solutions Assembly Team while contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

Position Responsibilities

  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, direct and/or create better efficiencies in Safety, Quality and Productivities
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Packaging assembly/manufacturing processes
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence
  • Oversee and drive overall project financial management, planning, systems and controls
  • Regular meetings with Vice President's Staff around fiscal and organizational planning
  • Report out monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
  • Increase the coordination and communication between functions
  • Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical and managerial experience and study
  • 8+ years of directly related work experience
  • Technical competence in assembly of packaged equipment
  • Proficient in the use of various MS Office Suite programs
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of general office equipment and skilled at typing at a speed necessary for successful job performance
  • Knowledge of communication principles and practices
  • Knowledge of principles of business letter writing and report preparation
  • Knowledge of correct English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Knowledge of basic business arithmetic
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with the public and co-workers to communicate effectively
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems in a logical and effective manner
  • Ability to perform research, compile and analyze data, and write clear, concise and accurate reports on complex subjects
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple job assignments
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, communicate, reach and manipulate objects.
  • Ability to move materials weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis such as files, books, office equipment, etc., and may infrequently require moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check
