Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for 2 days on, 2 days off, then 7:00 pm to 7:00 am for 3 days, followed by 3 days off. Enjoy the flexibility of 12-hour shifts.

Pay Rate: Earn $16.50 per hour.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This includes reading, writing, and comprehending instructions, correspondence, and memos. You'll spend your shifts standing for extended periods, whether in a hot indoor environment or outdoor weather conditions. Your primary duty will be to operate efficiently in your assigned area of the plant or be willing to learn. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area, performing minor maintenance tasks as needed. Regular training sessions for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Quality, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates will be part of your ongoing development. Your commitment to meeting high-quality standards and adherence to our quality management system will be essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

• Two years of related experience is preferred.
