Position Summary:

The Paid Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads (PMax, Shopping, YouTube), Facebook Ads, TikTok, and other digital advertising networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy and Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive paid marketing calendar.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • Content and Creative Development:
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-converting ad creatives.
    • Write compelling ad copy and design ad visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
    • A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and adjust bids to ensure cost-efficient campaign performance.
    • Provide regular budget and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
    • Generate detailed reports on campaign metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
    • Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess the effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Optimization and Innovation:
    • Continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance, including bid adjustments, audience targeting, and creative testing.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid marketing.
    • Identify new opportunities and platforms for paid marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align paid strategies with overall marketing objectives.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure campaign alignment with sales goals.
    • Communicate campaign plans, results, and insights to internal stakeholders.


Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid marketing campaigns.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing PPC, display, and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
    • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
