Production Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

Things to know: Night Shift Time: 11:15pm - 7:45am Manages the quantity of materials and components are available OR in process to the Paint cell to support the production schedule. Monitors the production floor to manage inventory levels in the Paint area to help keep the flow of production moving. Maintains machine set-up and schedule as related to the production operations. Reviews the daily production schedule for all shop orders involving component parts or odd/non-standard materials and verify that there are enough quantities available or in-process to support the production schedule including allowances for downstream scrap Generates pick lists as required to support Paint Department Communicates any material/component issues impacting the schedule to the Supervisor in a timely manner to prevent unplanned press downtime Responsible for basic machine set-up and changeovers. Perform as assigned other similar or related duties.

Qualifications for the role

• High School diploma/GED is required
• Prior manufacturing experience not required
• Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions
