ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential functions are defined as the fundamental job duties of the employment position.

• PREPARING, PATCHING, AND PAINTING FOR MAIN CAMPUS AND SURROUDING BUILDINGS.
• PATCH AND SAND HOLES AND FINISH SURFACES.
• MAINTAIN PAINT STOCK.
• MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE AROUND DEPT HOURS OF OPERATIONS.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

The minimum qualifications needed to perform essential job functions must also be identified. Qualifications such as educational preparation or license requirements and/or years of experience required must be specified.

Needs three to four years experience. Applicable licenses preferred (hoisting, staging etc.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Walking, standing, lifting.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

Examples: working with potentially infectious materials, chemotherapy, exposure to loud noises, etc. Refer to checklist attached.
