Pantry Coordinator, EverBank Stadium

The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Pantry Coordinators to join our Food and Beverage team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you'll be responsible for completing administrative and clerical services in support of the Food and Beverage department and other duties.

Responsibilities

• Attends the team pre-shift meetings to receive instruction, timelines and direction for the day.
• Assists with facilitation of suite runner attendant pre-shift meetings as directed.
• Coordinates pick up and delivery of all selections and supplies, confirming all items are prepared to standard and served timely and accurately
• Holds team members accountable for accuracy, presentation, and follow through on any outstanding items - ensuring that all suites are ready to receive guests at gates opening
• Supports the efforts of the suites supervisors in the area with regards to alcohol service - adhering to all local and state laws, and company policies
• Provides guidance and support on POS usage - from entering orders to closing out accounts at the end of service
• Adheres to all standards of order, safety and cleanliness throughout the event
• Assists team members with their duties, based on demand
• Verifies the successful completion of team members' closing duties and completes all tasks before checking out with Suites Manager
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years prior supervisory experience in a stadium, hotel, full-service restaurant, catering or similar dining environment
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages
• Previous experience with a point-of-sale system
• Superior organization and guest service abilities required
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills required
• Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to guests and other associates of the company
• Strong proofreading abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
