A busy law firm located in Medina, OH is seeking a full time paralegal to join their team. The ideal paralegal will have at least two years of experience in the field, preferably within family law. This individual should be able to prepare and process legal documents, maintain, and organize files, complete various forms and perform a variety of legal assistant duties. Understanding of and experience with legal correspondence and court filing procedures, as well as familiarity with electronic filing.

- Prepare and process legal documents
- Participate in in-depth discovery review
- Maintain and organize files
- Complete legal forms and pleadings
- Perform a variety of legal assistant duties
- Understanding and experience with legal correspondence and court filing procedures and OH Law
- Familiarity with electronic filing and district court dealings
- Paralegal certification preferred
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
