Our client is seeking a Paralegal to play a pivotal support role for their team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare contracts and amendments from established templates under the supervision of the team.
• Assist with facilitating signatures on contracts through DocuSign software.
• Maintain internal digital file organization, including policy directory and SharePoint.
• Monitor certain e-mail accounts and provide timely responses to inquiries and communications.
Requirements:
• Experience in - 4-6 Years Professional Paralegal Experience
• Proficient in - Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign
• Soft Skills - Detail Oriented, Enthusiastic, Professional, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Education - Bachelors Degree preferred, but experience can compensate for lack of degree
