Hours Per Day: Flexible Schedule - varied hours based on assignment

Salary Range: New hires will be set at $21.50 per hour

Essential Functions and Objectives:

The Special Education Substitute Paraprofessional supports teachers in meeting the behavioral, social-emotional, physical and daily living needs of students with severe/profound disabilities primarily in school settings, but also in the community. May assist with lifting and transporting of students, as well as daily living activities such as toileting, diapering, feeding, and personal hygiene as trained and directed.

Daily assignments are not always available or known in advance. Availability, flexibility, and ability to communicate effectively regarding your schedule are required.
